Cake for breakfast? Sure, why not? This is a spin off of my blueberry pie oat cake except this one has strawberries and chocolate sweet spread!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Chia Seeds
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme Protein Powder
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1/3 cup, sliced Strawberries
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Peanut Butter & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter

Chocolate strawberry shortcake oatmeal cake

- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced

Combine all ingredients, gently folding in the blueberries last. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes then let sit overnight. In the morning, cut cake in half and spread your filling:

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- splash almond mik
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- spoonful sweetspreads chocolate brownie spread
- spoonful sweetspreads vanilla cupcake spread
- 1 strawberry, sliced
