Easy and quick to make, healthy and very tasty! Great after a workout!
Mix egg whites, oats,1/2 banana, almond milk, and cinnamon to make a batter, cook into 2-3 pancakes on a oiled pan
Microwave mixed berries until it creates a sauce (1-2 minutes), add 1/2 banana and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Mix the fruit into the pancake and fold :)
