q Directions

My method for the oats, mash 1/2 of a medium sized ripe banana with about 1T of sunbutter(you can sub for any nut butter), add 3-5 drops of vanilla stevia and mix well. Add in 1/3 cup oats and heeeapss of cinnamon. Combine well. I baked at 175C for about 6-8 mins. Just bake it a bit until the top browns :) Use a sprayed ramekin, or a single silicon muffin baking cup. while it cooks, mix about a tablespoon (or more) of vanilla whey with just enough water to give you a consistency that you like. I added another drop of vanilla stevia. If you want thicker "frosting" use less water, or try casein instead of whey :) if you want to eat it as a meal I suggest upping it to 1/2 cup oats. You could also add some protein powder too!
