An awesomely satisfying alternative to the sugar packed original treat. Super simple and super delicious.
For the fudge, mash the following together in a bowl; 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup coconut butter (I softened it a little in the microwave as its quite cold here now! Cold=rock hard coconut butter), a pinch of sea salt, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, an extra sprinkling of cinnamon and about 3 drops of french vanilla stevia. That's it!! After ingredients are thoroughly combined, spread the mixture evenly in a pan or plastic container and refrigerate. Once its solid you can cut into bars, or just eat with a spoon! Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!!!!
