Delicious cinnamon swirl mug cake

q Directions

Put your dry ingredients (Cellucor cinnamon swirl whey, coconut flour, baking powder) in a bowl and mix. Then add your wet ingredients (almond milk, egg white, Greek yogurt) and mix until smooth. Microwave times will vary and it's important to not overcook, or the cake will become very dry. Start with 40 seconds, then check if it's done. Keep microwaving in 15 second intervals after that until done. The center should still be a little wet. You do not want to cook it until the whole thing is dry. Trust me.
