1/4 cup non fat milk 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt 1 Tbls all natural chicken broth 1/4 cup freshly grated parmrsan cheese 1/8 tsp black pepper Fresh garlic I sateed my garlic in sauce pan, then added milk, greek yogurt, chicken broth, Mix well on LOW heat Add pepper and cheese until no longer lumpy Serve on your favorite pasta noodles
