This fudge is low carb, low fat, and high protein, perfect for after your workout, or just as a nice little treat!
1. Melt your coconut oil in a bowl for about 10 seconds
2. Mix all of your ingredients (add more milk if needed for desired consistency)
3. Line a small/medium plastic container with foil
4. Pour into container
5. Melt more nut butter and some chocolate chips (I used enjoy life chocolate chips) and drizzle it on top (optional)
6. Pop in the freezer until....it's frozen
7. Remove from freezer and leave it for a few minutes so it's easier to remove from the foil and then cut it into slices and enjoy!
