³ Description

Generally falafals are deep fried, but these are baked and so delicious! They are a great side to any meal

² Ingredients

q Directions

(you need 1 tsp of coriander)
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix everything in a food processor (this took me a while because my food processor wouldn’t turn on, so I used a blender. If you use a blender you may have to separate it into smaller portions in order to get a smoothe consistency, or blend the chick peas first in small amounts, before adding the rest)
3. Line a baking sheet and spray it with olive oil spray
4. Shape the mixture into balls and place on the tray
5. Lightly spray the balls with olive oil
6. Bake for 30 minutes, rotating them every ten minutes

I dipped them in a clean tzaztiki: 2 tbsp of plain fat free greek yogurt, chopped up cucumber (into really small pieces), dill weed seasoning, and garlic powder
