² Ingredients

  •  1 oz Oat Flour (Partially Debranned)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Nu-tek Pro5 Vanilla Protein Powder
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Organic Brown Flaxseeds
  •  1/3 cup Black Beans
  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1/4 cup Egg White
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk
  •  1/2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Powder (Low Sodium)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix all ingredients (except peanut butter, pumpkin and 2tbsp almond milk) in a blender until smooth.

Pour mixture in a coconut oil greased baking pan.

Melt 1 tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave. Remove from microwave and mix with 1 tbsp pumpkin puree and 2 tbsp almond milk.

Swirl mixture over the batter.

Bake for about 25 minutes (but check on them).
