q Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients (except baking powder) in a small bowl.
Add wet ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Add baking powder and stir thoroughly.
Separate mixture into two small aluminum tins lightly greased with coconut oil, olive oil or spray of either.
Bake for about 16 minutes, or until the top of the muffin is firm and golden brown.
