Homemade Vegan Mint Carob Chip "Ice Cream". Honestly the most incredible recipe I have ever created! Oh, and did I mention it is completely clean, nutritious & delicious!
Blend all ingredients but the carob chips in a blender until smooth. - Divide the mixture in 2 ice cube trays. - Freeze mixture in freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. - For one serving: remove ¼ of “ice cream†cubes from the batch and place in a blender or food processor. Add 1 tbsp of carob chips to the blender and a splash of almond milk to help blend. - Blend until smooth. - Serve and enjoy!
