³ Description

Homemade Vegan Mint Carob Chip "Ice Cream". Honestly the most incredible recipe I have ever created! Oh, and did I mention it is completely clean, nutritious & delicious!

² Ingredients

  •  1 oz Carob Chips
  •  1/8 tsp Salt
  •  1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  0.26 tbsp Peppermint (Mint)
  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1 cup Spinach
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Nu-tek Pro5 Vanilla Protein Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
   

q Directions

Blend all ingredients but the carob chips in a blender until smooth. - Divide the mixture in 2 ice cube trays. - Freeze mixture in freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. - For one serving: remove ¼ of “ice cream” cubes from the batch and place in a blender or food processor. Add 1 tbsp of carob chips to the blender and a splash of almond milk to help blend. - Blend until smooth. - Serve and enjoy!
