³ Description

A clean eating alternative to chili macaroni! Delicious and satisfying! A must try!

² Ingredients

  •  1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  •  6 serving (140g) Whole Wheat Macaroni
  •  500 g Ground Turkey (Cooked)
  •  1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
  •  1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  •  1 tbsp Onion Powder
  •  1 tbsp Chili Powder
  •  1 tbsp Cumin
  •  1/2 oz Cilantro (Coriander)
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  •  4 cup Tomato Sauce (Canned)
  •  1/2 cup, shredded Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese
   

q Directions

Put noodles on first. In a large soup pot add coconut oil and turkey. Once the turkey is starting to cook add in all the spices, and mushrooms. Add in tomato sauce and once noodles are ready fold in those. (Tip add your cheese to your noodles first and stir it in, then add to chili mix) Serve immediately and enjoy! Yields around 10 cups.
