A Perfect Healthy Breakfast! These light, fluffy pancakes are full of flavour and packed with over 40 grams of protein! Makes about 4 pancakes, I usually eat only 2 because they make medium sized pancakes!
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder
Icing
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp agave nectar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. If you don't get pancake-like consistency just keep adding water until the batter smooths out!
