So, I made some muffins using a recipe I had and substituted for "clean" ingredients.
Mash bananas, then blend in everything except flour. Mix well. Stir in flour. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pan (don't use paper cups, the muffins will stick to them). Bake 20 minutes.
