If you're a fan of a classic egg salad sandwich, you're in for a treat. A spicy twist to your ordinary egg salad!

² Ingredients

  •  4 serving (serving = 1 slice) Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  •  1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  •  1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  •  2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
  •  1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Cayenne Pepper
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp.) Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 serving) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  3 medium Boiled Egg
   

q Directions

Boil your eggs, if you don't have any handy.
While your eggs are boiling cut up avocado and scallions.
Mix all ingredients together and spread on bread.
