Gluten free, high protein chocolate chip cookies

Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies:

2 scoops quest vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
6 eggs
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup pecan pieces
2 cups chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients then fold in pecan pieces and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 min until golden brown! Then devour!
