COCONUT CINNAMON PROTEIN BREAD WITH COCONUT GLAZE

Vanilla Glaze: Vanilla Protein Powder, agave syrup, 2 tbsp coconut milk

Bread: Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 8.5 x 4.5 loaf pan. Combine all ingredients except shredded coconut. Pour mixture into pan (it will be pretty runny) and top with shredded coconut and extra cinnamon. Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes, top with glaze.
