q Directions

Combine all ingredients (except cream cheese, yogurt and truvia) in a blender and divide among 10 greased muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

For the topping: Microwave the 1 wedge plain Laughing Cow cream cheese then stir in 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt and stevia.
