Protein Chocolate chips macaroons ::
ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder (I use whey strawberry bluebonnet but any other will work)
1 cup coconut flakes
2 tablespoon milled flax seeds+ 4 tablespoon water
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon yacon syrup or molasses or maple syrup.
Chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Blend all the ingredients in the food processor, except the chocolate. Then incorporate the chocolate chips or cacao nibs. Then make a flat balls and bake it for around 15 minutes .
