"Thanksgiving in July" Burger!

² Ingredients

  •  0.2 cubic inch Brie Cheese
  •  1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/2 tsp Sage (Ground)
  •  1/2 leaf Radicchio
  •  2 small (2-1/2" dia) Granny Smith Apples
  •  1/8 serving (serving = 1 cup) Whole Foods Market Unsweetened Dried Cranberries
  •  2.25 serving (serving = 4 oz) Perdue 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
   

q Directions

In a Bowl, Mix:

9oz. Lean Ground Turkey

1/2 teaspoon Ground Sage

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

2TB Unsweetened Dried Cranberries

1/4 Cup Chopped Apple (you will prob have some left-over after slicing apple for "buns")

Form 3 Patties and Bake for about 25 minutes on 375 degrees.

Cut 2 Granny Smith Apples into 3/4 inch thick slices and bake on 375 for 15 minutes

Using the Apple Slices as “Buns", layer with 1 Turkey Burger, a leaf of Radicchio Lettuce & a Slice of Brie Cheese.

Optional: Serve with a side of Baked Sweet Potato Chunks.

**ChefTiffy Tip**

Sure, you could just cut up the apple and place as buns. But, Baking will soften it up, making it that more easier to enjoy!
