q Directions

Have three bowls for mixing ingredients.
Bowl 1:
1/3c Oats
1/3c Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/3 Scoop Chocolate Whey
2tsp Chia Seeds
-Mix well and place in fridge to thicken.

Bowl 2:
1 Banana
1.5T Unsweetened Dark Cocoa
-Mix and Mash well.

Bowl 3:
1/3c Fage Greek Yogurt
1.5tsp Honey
1/3c heated Mangos
-Mix well.

Layer how you would like and place in fridge over night to enjoy in the morning.
