1/3 Scoop Chocolate Whey
2tsp Chia Seeds
-Mix well and place in fridge to thicken.
Bowl 2:
1 Banana
1.5T Unsweetened Dark Cocoa
-Mix and Mash well.

1/3c Fage Greek Yogurt
1.5tsp Honey
1/3c heated Mangos
-Mix well.
