Who doesn't love candy for breakfast? And it's in a jar! Everything is better in a jar.
You will need 3 bowls!
Bowl 1: Mix 1/3c Oats, a little more than 1/3c Almond Milk, 1T Chia Seeds, 1/3 scoop vanilla whey, and 1T Honey.
Place in fridge to thicken.
Bowl 2: Mix 1/3c Greek Yogurt and 1T Caramel Syrup.
Bowl 3: Mash small banana together with the 1.5T Dark Chocolate Cocoa until pudding like.
Layer it however you please and I topped mine with some chocolate non GMO Organic Rice Krispies Cereal found at Whole Foods.
