Directions: Chop up kale bundle, spread across a greased baking sheet, drizzle olive oil over the top and bake in oven with chicken on 350 for 15 minutes until crunchy. Bake sweet potatoes as well in oven on 350 for 35-40 minutes until soft. Let potatoes cool, peal the skin, and mash and mix in cumin. Let chicken cool and cut into cubes. Mix and mash chicken, kale, and sweet potatoes together.
