ove cookies but feel guilty every time you indulge in one? Now you don't have to! These cookies have the same great taste and flavor as regular chocolate chip cookies but they are free of butter, white sugar and white flour. They are also packed with fiber, antioxidants, protein, healthy fats, and a little bit of heaven!
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbs unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Form into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with hand or spoon. Bake for 10-12 minutes then enjoy. Thank Carissa for her wonderful recipe. That's it!
