Recipe:
For the Cheesecake:
4 oz plain greek yogurt
6 oz fat free cream cheese
2 egg whites
1 package sugar free white chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup almond milk
For the Crust:
3 chocolate graham crackers
1 tsp honey
2 tbs almond milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix crust ingredients together and press into greased cupcake pan. Mix cheesecake ingredients together using a mixer and pour on top of the crusts in the cupcake pan. Bake until cheesecake sets, about 30 minutes. Top with desired ingredients, such as frozen raspberries.
