Chocolate Covered Coconut Protein Bars: ðŸ«1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
ðŸ«1 1/2 scoop quest vanilla protein powder
ðŸ«2 eggs
ðŸ«4 egg whites
ðŸ«2 tbsp agave nectar
ðŸ«1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
ðŸ«1/3 cup coconut flour
Which all ingredients until smooth and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Slice into 9 pieces.
Dark Chocolate Topping: 🫠1/2 cup @Lilys unsweetened dark chocolate chips
🫠1 tbsp coconut oil
🫠1 tbsp. agave nectar
Melt chocolate ingredients in a double boiler and whisk until smooth. Top bars while still warm and let them set up in the fridge for 10min.
