Delicious protein bars with simple ingredients!
Mix together 1 cup coconut flour, 4 scoops chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp honey, 1/3 cup powdered sweetener (like stevia), and 1 cup water. Press the mixture down into a small baking tray and then pour over melted dark chocolate (around 50g). Pop in the freezer to set, chop them up and store them in the fridge 👌
