Easy and yummy. Must try for a busy woman.
The easiest banana muffins you can make and these taste amazing and so soft. Mash one ripe medium sized banana and add 1 large egg whte or 1/4 cup liquid egg whites, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Whisk together till everything is blended using a whisker. Add vanilla if you like and 1/4 cup stevia or honey if you like. I added 2 tbsp raisins. Now just add 1 cup of d fashioned oats and mix using a spoon. Let the batter sit just for 10 min and fill 6 muffin tins. Bake for 20 min at 350 F. Done. How easy was that?
