³ Description

Easy, quick yet very very yummy peanut bread that you will enjoy with your morning coffee.

² Ingredients

  •  2 medium Egg
  •  1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  2 tbsp Honey
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Kroger Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) America's Choice Unsweetened Apple Sauce

q Directions

Whisk the eggs and egg whites together. Add baking soda and baking powder and whisk again. In a separate bowl mix the apple sauce with the peanut butter and add into the egg mixture and mix again. Now simply sift in the flour and mix using a spoon. The batter is ready. Spread the loaf pan and pour the batter into the dish. Bake at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes. The toothpick inserting into the bread should come out clean. Its very mildly sweet. So if you want the bread to be sweater then add more honey or stevia. Cut the bred into 12 slices. Serving size is one slice. I topped mine with the mixture of 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt, 1 tsp of peanut butter and stevia (not included in nutritional facts). Enjoy.
