Perfectly balanced dinner dish, with a taste of sweetness and a spicy kick.

² Ingredients

  •  2 oz Corn
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving (75 g)) Red Sweet Pepper
  •  1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet Potato
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving (14 g)) Red Onions
  •  1 cup, cooked, diced Skinless Chicken Breast
   

q Directions

Ingredients: 1/4 red onion, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 cup corn, 1 large sweet potato, 1 medium chicken breast.

Directions: Finely dice pepper and onion, grill in greased pan with corn for 5-8 minutes. Bake 4 .oz chicken on 350 for 15 minutes (with Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning) and cut into small pieces, then mix to veggies. Bake sweet potato (medium) on 350 for 20 minutes, then cut in half then stuff with chicken veggie mix. You cab add Sriracha and Greek yogurt to the top too!
