Breakie this morning was crispy grilled cheese-n-fig sandwhich drizzled with vanilla agave. This sammich is fantastic. Take 2 slices and spread one laughingcow cheese on two slices. Top one slice with 1 big ripe fig and top with another slice of bread. Grill in a georgeforman or just on a pan. Drizzle with honey or agave an enjoy. Im telling this tatses fantastic. Who said eating healthy is boring? Not in my house.
