Perfect snack to take with you on the go; packed with nutrient dense ingredients like apples, nuts, oats, flax seed, and raisins. You can even add in protein powder to up the protein ;)

q Directions

(vegan, raw, dairy free, can be made gluten free)

Makes 10-12 bars
- 2 cups diced apples of choice (I used red delicious)
- 3 cups oats
- 3 tbs flax seed
- 1/2 cup almonds/peanuts (I just used a combination of each)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- optional vanilla protein powder

1) throw your apples and raisins into your food processor and pulse a few times. Add in your oats, flax, and nuts. Mix well until the mixture starts to clump together.
2) transfer to an 8×8 pan. Push the mixture into the pan until smooth and even. Cut into bars and then freeze.
