² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1/4 cup, mashed Cooked Pumpkin (from Canned)
  •  1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  •  1/4 cup, sliced Zucchini
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  0.3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  •  5 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Baker's Corner Baking Cocoa
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
  •  0.02 serving (serving = 1 cup) Muscle Egg Chocolate Caramel Egg Whites

q Directions

5 minute chocolate caramel glazed zucchini donuts

1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 egg
1/4 cup shredded zucchini
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking cocoa
1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup Baking cocoa
1 tsp muscle egg chocolate caramel

Combine wet ingredients. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Pull off pieces of the dough and form into donuts. Arrange on a plate and microwAve 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Set aside to cool. In a small bowl, combine ingredients to make the glaze. Mix well until smooth and liquid in consistency. Dip the top of the donuts into the glaze and top with desired Toppings.
