What's better than cinnamon roll bread? Cinnamon roll bread that can be made in less than 10 minutes. Not only is this a great, quick, tasty treat but it's also fun to eat (that rhymed!)
5 minute pull apart cinnamon roll bread
- 1/2 cup baked sweet potato
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- sprinkle cinnamon
Combine ingredients and mix very well until a dough forms. You're gonna have to get down and dirty and use your hands. Roll out flat into a small rectangle then set aside to make your filling:
- sprinkle cinnamon
- 1 large spoonful date sugar
- almond milk
In a small bowl, combine your filling ingredients. Add enough milk so your filling will spread easily. Be careful not to add too much milk so it doesn't get too watery. Spread your filling evenly on top of your dough then carefully roll up. Cut thin slices off (liek you would for cinnamon rolls) and line up into a small, microwaveable dish. Press them all together tightly then microwave for 2 minutes. Top with a drizzle of dairy free coconut yogurt mixed with a little coconut milk and enjoy!
