Sweeten up that Wrap in your Waffle Maker! Topped with Cottage Cheese, Baked Butternut Squash, Berries & SweetSpreads White Chocolate CocoNutter
In a Bowl, Whisk:
1 Large Egg White
1 TB Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Light Agave
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Dip 1 Wrap into the Egg Mix, coating evenly on both sides. Place into heated Waffle Maker (on medium to high heat for a crunchy wrap). Repeat with 2nd Wrap.
(I used Ezekiel Sprouted Tortilla Wraps)
Top each wrap with:
2 TB Cottage Cheese
3 Chopped Strawberries
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries (thawed)
1/4 Cup Baked Butternut Squash Chunks
Optional: Drizzle with your favorite Nut Butter. I used SweetSpreads White Chocolate CocoNutter.
