Your tastebuds are going to dance with this one! Packed with protein, this one definitely fills you up! But so good, you just want more.
For Pancakes: Place chocolate whey, quick pats, baking powder, 1 packet of Stevia, cottage cheese, unsweetened applesauce, almond milk, vanilla and coconut extract in a blender and blend till smooth. Grease a pan with coconut oil and cook pancakes over medium heat.
For Frosting: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pecans and coconut flakes on a baking sheet or foil and bake for 7 minutes. Remove and place in bowl, then mix in peanut butter, vanilla whey, 2 packets of Stevia, and water.
Once pancakes are made and frosting is done, place frosting inbetween pancakes to create a stack. Or just top if off on all your pancakes!
