Protein-packed pancakes with the refreshing flavours of ginger and lime (topped with papaya)
Recipe:
-1 scoop pea protein
-1Tbs psyllium husk
-3/4c egg whites
-3/4c almond milk -3/4tsp baking soda
-stevia
-1tsp of grated ginger, ginger juice, lime juice, lime zest.
1. Grind psyllium husks into powder
2. Mix all ingredients together and make your pancakes
To make the syrup, I mixed walden farms calorie free pancake syrup with ginger juice
Top with papaya (or another fruit, blueberries would go well)
