if you love fall, donuts, and chocolate mint then this recipe is for you! these little mini donuts are not only delicious but they take all of 5 minutes to make. and you can easily switch out the chocolate mint sweet spreads glaze for even more flavor possibilities ;)

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup, mashed Cooked Pumpkin
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  0.3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  •  1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Baker's Corner Baking Cocoa
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour

q Directions

Chocolate mint donut Dunkers - makes 11-12

1/2 cup pumpkin purée
3/4 cup whole wheat flour (or a combo of oat flour and coconut flour will work)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sweetener of choice
1/4 cup baking cocoa

Combine all ingredients and mix u t a dough forms. Form into small bite sized balls (I used a mini pumpkin mold to make pumpkin shaped). Microwave 2 minutes. Microwave 1/4 cup @sweetspreads chocolate mint spread them dip your donut bites and enjoy. You can also dip and freeze for a glazed version!
