Cauliflower is a great alternative to pasta in this dish! The cauliflower is masked by the flavor of pizza. Great for kids!

² Ingredients

  •  2 lb Cauliflower (Frozen)
  •  1 serving (serving = 17 slices) Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Wegmans Shredded 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  •  1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium raw onion) Bland Farms Vidalia Sweet Onion
  •  3 cloves Garlic
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Newman's Own Organic Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Spice Classics Italian Seasoning
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  2 tsp, ground Basil (Dried)
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix cauliflower, onion, garlic, egg, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, basil, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper until well combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet, and mix evenly.
Put mixture in a 13×9 baking dish. Place pepperoni on top. (You could also sprinkle more cheese if you prefer.)
Bake for 30 minutes or until heated throughout.

*You totes McGotes should make the pepperoni in the shape of a heart for Valentine’s Day!
