The flavor and spiciness of a Buffalo Wing without all of the fat! Perfect for a winter day.

² Ingredients

  •  4 8 oz frozen package yields Cooked Cauliflower (from Frozen)
  •  1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  2 cup slices Carrots (Frozen)
  •  1/2 tbsp chopped Chives
  •  8 serving (serving = 1 oz) Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 cup) Nature's Promise Low Sodium Organic Chicken Broth
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 oz) The Garlic Company Diced Garlic
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes (No Salt Added)
  •  3 breast, bone and skin removed Skinless Chicken Breast
   

q Directions

Throw all ingredients into a large crock pot.
Give it a quick stir.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks when cooked all the way through. Stir again.
BAM! Soup.
