I added greek yogurt to my regular guacamole recipe to reduce the amount of fat + increase the protein per serving in comparison to that of regular guacamole! It’s delicious and creamy and perfect with some whole grain crackers
1. Slice, scoop out, and mash the avocados in a large bowl with a fork (don't mash too thoroughly if you like chunky guacamole)
2. Stir in your greek yogurt
3. Stir in lemon
4. Add in onion and tomato and combine
5. Add salt and pepper to your liking
Adjust ingredients to your liking! Everyone likes their guacamole different
