³ Description

Green Smoothies have recently been coming into the spotlight; they are full of nutrition and taste great, so I can understand why. But, if you're stuck for ideas or afraid to give one ago, because it won't taste any good! Then give this one a try!

² Ingredients

  •  1 fruit Kiwi Fruit
  •  1 cup, chopped Kale
  •  100 ml Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Market Pantry Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
  •  1 serving (serving = 8 fl oz) Mott's Natural Fresh Pressed 100% Apple Juice

q Directions

I used kiwi fruit I had previously frozen to get the "slushy" effect. Unfrozen would still be fine.
I used vanilla protein powder, because that's all I had.
For my Aussie followers; I also used one scoop of Synergy Natural - Super Greens Powder.

Add liquids to your blender, I find sometimes powders get stuck on the bottom of mine and don't blend properly, if you put them in first.
Add the rest of ingredients and blend until no lumps...done and super delish!!
