³ Description

Just a simple, delicious savory dip or spread. Add to crispbread or maybe dip with some celery!

² Ingredients

  •  50 g Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese
  •  1 medium Boiled Egg
  •  2.5 serving (serving = 1 serving (16 g)) Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds
  •  1/2 Juice of 1 lemon (2-1/8" dia) Fresh Lemon Juice
  •  1 tsp Chili Powder
  •  1 tsp Paprika
  •  1 tsp Black Pepper
  •  200 g Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned)
   

q Directions

Lemon, chilli, paprika and pepper should be to your personal taste - what I've put down is just a guide.
Put everything in a food processor and blend until smooth.
DONE! Keep refrigerated.
