"CALLING ALL PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS" If you LOVE peanut butter, you'll love these!! They're so quick, easy and taste amazing!! Seriously...if you love peanut butter as much as do, you have to give these a whirl!!
In a food processor, start with oats and blend down into a flour - add almond meal and PB2, give a quick whiz to combined.
add dates whiz until broken down, then add the rest of the ingredients and whiz until combined.
Put dough between two sheet of baking paper and roll out, then refrigerate for around 10 minutes and use a cookie cutter to make the cookies - once done, keep the cookies refrigerated.
