A yum, quick, clean snack packed with protein!
Also in the ingredients (but not in nutrition calculation); 1/2 cup of LSA (Linseed, Sunflower seed and Almond meal)
Except for the coconut; add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until quite smooth and a sticky consistency - if the mixture is a bit dry, add a couple of tablespoons of water.
Form into small balls, then cover them in the coconut - DONE!
