Like most recipes I make; I started thinking about a specific food (seeds) and this popped into my head. Sweet, crunchy, snackable and clean. Add to yogurt, fruit, muffins etc. Or even just have it as a snack!!
Melt coconut butter and agave for about 1 min in the microwave
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients into dry.
Feel free to leave out the coconut flour, I just find it makes it more crunchy.
Once thoroughly mixed together place on a baking tray lined with baking paper - bake in moderate oven for about 7-10 minutes
Make sure you keep a good eye on it, because it can burn really easily.
Once cooked I slid the baking paper off the tray (clean tray and easy to get the mixture off) then put it on a cool bench so the seeds cool quicker.
Once completely cool, store in an airtight container.
