Vegan-Friendly that can be served as the main dish or a side!

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Zucchini
  •  1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  1 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cap) Dole Portobello Mushroom Caps
   

q Directions

Cut 1 Large Zucchini (the wider, the better) into discs about 1/2 inch thick
Rub each side with Garlic Paste & Season (I used McCormick Steak Seasoning)
Place onto lightly greased Grill or Grill Pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side
Slice 2 Portobello Mushrooms into wide strips and lightly drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
Grill for about 2 minutes on each side
Layer slices - I added some tomato to mine! ENJOY
