High in protein and super easy to make.
Great high protein cookies. Awesome pre and post workout. Whisk 4 egg whites with 1 tsp baking powder. Now add 2 scoops of protein powder ( 30 gr each), 2 packs of stevia , 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2/3 cup oats and 1 cup blueberries. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes. Now spoon the cookies on a baking sheets and make sur you space them out well because they will spread. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
