³ Description

"what sweet treat shall we make today" I asked the mrs. "How about some sort of healthy banan bread type thing!!" and so it was born, we tasted while adding loads of different stuff in different quantities and it was born, the least dry protein dessert to date! We topped it with some chocolate pb2 which raised the protein so high but this is the base version and is perfect even by itself in our opinion!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  3 large Egg White
  •  3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  30 g Honey
  •  200 g Oat Flour (Partially Debranned)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Optimum Nutrition 100% Any Whey Protein

q Directions

Preheat oven to 175c or 350f
mash banana in a bowl
add to this bowl the egg whites, greek yoghurt and honey and mix well
add the instant oats, whey protein and then the baking powder and mix very well
pour into a lined loaf tin and bake for 30-35 mins until a toothpick comes out just clean
