INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp oat flour (grind up traditional oats)
1 tbsp milled flax seed
1/2 scoop Cellucor Whipped Vanilla whey protein
1/3 cup egg whites

DIRECTIONS:
Heat a large skillet on medium to low and spray with coconut oil. Pour batter onto skillet and let cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook an additional minute.
